2020/6/15, our company has hold the Outstanding Staff Commendation Conference of 2019. During the conference, first, our boss Mr.Xie summarize the achievement of last year. The sales volume of slitting machine has increased and the technique of escalator tooling production line is more skillful. Last year, our company has made successful promotion and this year we are face with challenges. During first half year, our company has made the program of Melt-blown fabric machine and got the excellent achievement. But we still need to realize the disadvantage of the program and then make promotion.
Meanwhile, three workshop managers all make the speech about the working plan of each workshop.
Then, our boss commends the outstanding staff of last year. Each one has got the certificate of honors. This certificate also represents the efforts that they have made last year.
Well, the most important project during this conference is that our technical center establish. It means that the technology of our company has made a huge promotion. With the help of technical center, our company’s capacity of independent innovation increase. And our production will be more stability and more flexible.
Finally, our company commends the outstanding staff of the Melt-blown fabric machine program. Our staff has made outstanding efforts during this program. For example, when we have sold a machine, the manager of technical center and other several staff will go to buyer’s company to help install no matter when. With their efforts, buyer prefers our machine.
